We are looking for a Sr. Graphic Designer to help us effectively take this mission forward by building the visual look and feel of the Haptik brand across mediums.

What will you do every day?

You will own the design thinking and execution of Haptik’s marketing communication with ownership of assets such as landing pages, ad-creatives, design e-mailer, social media creatives, banners, sales decks and other collaterals. You should be someone who enjoys working with cutting-edge technology products, particularly from a SaaS perspective. Last, but not least, while you work hard, you should also be able to have fun at work and make friends with your colleagues.

Ok, you're sold, but what are we looking for in the perfect candidate?

  • Work closely with the marketing team to understand the nuances of the Haptik brand, and create assets that effectively communicate the brand’s product and solutions positioning.
  • Assume overall responsibility for the end user experience of the Haptik website and collateral - in terms of Layouting, Wireframing, Information Architecture, Design Review and Maintenance.
  • Develop a practice of intense data-driven iterations and decision making to keep innovating.
  • Create marketing and sales collaterals such as newsletters, sales decks, brochures, whitepapers, event-specific materials, etc.
  • Enable the Sales team with client specific collaterals and pitches.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand problem statements and solve those using design.
  • Understanding of social media, B2B SaaS-based websites would be an added advantage.

Requirements*

  • 4-5 years experience in Graphic Design.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Design.
  • Portfolio to showcase past work.
  • Should have worked closely with Marketing teams on ongoing- paid campaigns.
  • Should have experience for responsive design & cross-browser compatibility.
  • Software Skills - Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, AfterEffects, Sketch.
  • Understanding of HTML5, PHP, CSS3, JavaScript and jQuery will be an added advantage.
  • Experience in the use of web-based programs such as Dreamweaver, Flash and Wordpress.
  • Understanding of CMS such as WordPress, OpenCart, Magento etc.
  • Excellent communication skills a must, both written and verbal.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, highly organized and hands-on.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Self-driven, comfortable with a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous environment.
