Haptik has been a significant player in the chatbot space for the past 4 years and we are
continuously innovating and evolving our chatbots. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic,
self-motivated Analyst to join our Enterprise Delivery team. The ideal candidate will have
strong attention to detail, a sense of ownership, a positive attitude, and a willingness to help
support a busy delivery team.
What will you do every day?
You will be working with PMs and a group of talented developers and QA engineers in
delivering bots of the highest quality to our varied set of clients and creating engaging product
experiences. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality products in a fast pace
environment. While you know how to work hard, you also know how to have fun at work and
make friends with your colleagues.

Be an expert user of the in-house Haptik chatbot building tools to put ideas into reality.
Understand and process flowcharts containing detailed bot flows as well as content for a
Tie the flowchart with internal Haptik bot building tools to build error-free bots in
accordance with the business requirements.
Handling client communications so as to ascertain any project-related
Help delivery team scale up by identifying opportunities for automation or upskilling
Mentor and help a team of analysts.
Help to drive innovation and continuous improvement in bot quality management and
related business processes.
Provide feedback to the product team regarding improvement/changes to the core
2 - 4 years of experience in support or analytical functions related to information services
or a product based company.
Demonstrates initiative, a self-starter with analytical skills, attention to detail,
problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to derive insights from data and build an actionable strategy based on analysis.
Basic understanding of how chatbots work. Brownie points for exposure to some chatbot
Passion about conversational AI (especially virtual assistants) a must.
