Haptik has been into the chatbot space from past 4 years and we are continuously innovating and evolving our chatbots. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated Quality Executive to join our Customer Success team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a sense of ownership, a positive attitude, and a willingness to help support a busy QA team.
Using In-house tools/dashboards for bot maintenance and improving overall bot performance.
Maintain records and documentation as needed by the client to provide thoughtful and professional inputs..
Help to drive innovation and continuous improvement in quality management and related business processes.
Monitors bot performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical MTD reports.
Bachelor’s degree in any stream
1 - 2 years of Experience as QA
Moderate knowledge in Microsoft Excel.
Well versed in creating presentations over Powerpoint/Google Slides.
Strong initiative, a self-starter with analytical skills, attention to detail, problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to derive insight from data and build an actionable strategy based on analysis
