Haptik is looking to grow it's Machine Learning team to strengthen and expand its automation
capabilities. We are looking for a passionate individual who is willing to deep dive into Haptik's
existing text data consisting of more than 10 million messages and build scalable unsupervised
question answering systems across multiple domains using Natural Language Processing, ML
and deep learning.
Understand documentation for existing Machine Learning Algorithms at Haptik
Drive the research and innovation at Haptik in result oriented direction
Come up with new approaches and ideas to improve current performance of ChatBots across multiple domains and build highly personalized user experience.
Research and prototype new unsupervised algorithms using combination of NLP and ML
Benchmark the prototype on Haptik’s Data to gain required precision
Perform in depth analysis of failure points of algorithm on different environments
Improve precision and recall by using data generated by human agents at the failure point of current algorithm
Help machine learning team to scale models for multiple domains with help of devops, backend and frontend teams.
Publish and present successful research in relevant journals and conferences
3+ years of industry experience or Post graduation with 2+ years of research experience in Machine Learning
Experience working on a variety of Datasets which includes text, images and other logs or clickstreams.
Fundamentals of Natural Language processing with proven experience working with text data in industry or research lab.
Basics of recommendation algorithm used in e-commerce and advertising
Experience working with SQL, NoSQL and Graph Database
Proficient at programming in any one language
Relevant publications in reputed conferences
Knowledge of parallel computing and hands-on experience with Mapreduce algorithms is a bonus
Personal or professional projects on deep learning is a bonus
