aggressive HR team reporting directly to the Senior Manager - Human Resources.
What will you do every day?
You will be responsible to conduct One: One Employee-to understand their issues,
grievance, (if any) Conducting exit interviews, Communicating policies pertaining to Human
Resources, Collecting and analysing employee data, Overseeing employee orientation and
training, Coordination and researching various training depending on the need of the team,
Organising activities and events for the employees.
Most importantly liaising between employees and management.
You will be juggling multiple projects and priorities simultaneously which will make each day
very different and exciting than the previous.

Exceptional written and verbal communication.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Good problem-solving ability.
Work closely with Marketing to position the company as a leading technology brand

Be a part of the larger technology/ HR community across the country and participate
in industry events as applicable.
Develop long term relationships with employees and technology leaders.
1-2 years of HR experience.
Must have a PG/MBA in HR.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills and gets excited by working in a fast-paced environment.
Clear understanding of the HR role.
