You will be responsible for building a central UX team that owns all the conversational applications across the company. You should be a first principles thinker, someone who is obsessed with the cross between human-computer interaction, and leading this next wave of change.
This is a senior role in this company reporting into the VP of Product and working closely with the CEO
Help the company to meet its business goals and objectives by design.
Overall responsible for the end user experience of every chat and voice bot built in the company
Build and manage a central team of UX strategists, Conversational Writers and UI Designers across multiple languages
Create and maintain central guidelines and best practices for bot building
Develop a practice of intense data-driven iterations and decision making to keep innovating across products
Work closely with Product development and NLP teams to understand nuances behind conversational AI
Keep up with market trends and be a thought leader in the industry
8-10 years experience in User Experience, Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction in Digital products companies
Previous experience in conversational design
Experience handling a design team, directing work and mentoring staff
Excellent communication skills a must, both written and verbal
