to believe in this mission and own the entire marketing function across all markets for Haptik.
What will you do every day?
You will be the custodian of the Haptik brand. With a firm grip on numbers and weekly deliverables, you will also run long term marketing strategies that helps build and strengthen the Haptik brand across markets. You will oversee and
execute our digital, product marketing, content, demand generation and brand marketing efforts to enable Sales initiatives at Haptik. You will be obsessed with performance and set the right instrumentation in place to measure the impact
of the marketing efforts. It will be your goal to position Haptik as one of the leaders in Enterprise software space and be seen in the same league as some of the most admired global Enterprise software brands. A significant part of
your work will involve working with the leadership within Haptik’s enterprise team across sales, delivery, customer success and building the company for long term success.
Ok, you're sold, but what are we looking for in the perfect candidate?
Overall responsible for customer acquisition across all channels including online and offline.
Responsible for brand strategy, positioning and go to market across verticals, products and geographies.
Run Product Marketing and sales enablement initiatives including defining Go-To-Market strategy and pricing.
Manage and own all marketing communication including the company blogs, newsletters, videos, etc.
Work closely with product and sales teams to manage collateral such as sales decks, one-pagers, technical documents, etc.
Build and manage a team of 6-8 people including digital, content, and graphic designers.
Completely own all aspects of the main company website including design, content and regular updates.
Measure the effectiveness of all marketing initiatives and be comfortable with data to track sales conversions, contract value and velocity through funnel.
10-12 years experience in B2B SaaS Marketing, Communications, Brand Strategy, or related field.
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Business; MBA preferred.
Should have managed and developed teams at scale.
Enjoys working with technical products and translating it in customer friendly language.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
