The idea of Haptik was born out of a personal need – it should not be this hard to get help and support for my services. Over the last 8 months, while the product has been under development, we have been constantly validating the business case with input from industry experts, surveys, interactions with users on Twitter, research, popular media, etc. basically whatever we could get our hands on.
