Introducing: Ramadan Reminders on Haptik

Ramadan is one of the most widely celebrated festivals across the globe & in India. The traditions & customs of the festival have their own charm that lights up cities and gets our festive spirits up. So this year, we wanted to go the extra mile and be a part of everybody’s celebration in our own little way, bringing some of its venerable traditions to Haptik.

As your Personal Assistant, we are always looking to add value by substituting some of your everyday work while maintaining top-notch convenience and exclusivity. So, when we realized the importance of Iftar and Sehri for those observing Ramadan, we wanted to be there to greet you with warmth on the auspicious hours and remind you that you can now break your fast.

And oh, we have set close to 40,000 Ramadan reminders on Haptik so far. 🙂

With Ramadan Reminders, you can set timings for Sehri and Iftar fast break and we’ll make sure we wake you up in time for the Sehri prayers and meal and also remind you just in time for the Iftar break. Everyday.

At the moment, millions of people around India are observing the Holy Month of Ramadan – a month of intense prayer, fasting from dawn to sunset and nightly feasts. While being a auspicious month, Ramadan also brings with it the need for a certain routine and discipline in order to stay true to the traditions.

Given that observant Muslims abstain from eating and drinking from dawn to dusk for the entire month of Ramadan, with a single sip of water or a tiny morsel of food considered enough to invalidate the fast, we could imagine how important and joyous the non-fasting times are.

If you’ve set a reminder on the App, we will either send you a notification or go as far as making a personalized call to you – you pick 🙂

Also, a little birdie told us that waking up late for Sehri and rushing prayers and meals before the crack of dawn isn’t the ideal way to go. So get on to the Haptik App and set your Ramadan Reminder right away.

We also found a list of easy to create recipes that will keep you energized all month long. Read here.

Ramadan Mubarak!
