Sir main ICICI bank se baat kar raha hoon. Aap ke liye humare pass special offer hai.”
You do, right?
And so do we.
When you are busy in a meeting OR penning down ideas hastily because you just had a ‘Eureka’ moment OR you are out on a long drive, it gets really annoying to be showered with these insurance policy calls and SMS messages. The only one who is happy and chuffed in this entire scenario is none other than your service provider.
As a matter of fact, none of the service providers in India (Airtel, Vodafone, Reliance and the likes) want their users to subscribe to the ‘Do Not Disturb’ services. And why is that? Well, because they make good money by allowing these brands and advertisers to send SMS’s to their customers. And hence the simple process of activating DND is unnecessarily made to seem complicated. In some cases, you might spend a good part of your day trying to get it activated, and yet your number would fail to show up on the ‘DND’ list.
So being the cutsies we are, we decided to step in and make all of this a one-step process for you.
All you need, is to go to Haptik and tell your assistant to activate DND for you. Your assistant will respond with a message that will require you to send a free SMS to your service provider and that’s it.
Consider your job done.
All promotional calls and messages to your phone should stop within 7 days from registration. Not to forget, you will also receive a Unique Reference Number, through SMS, for your records. In a situation where you think you activated DND by mistake, you can come back to your Haptik Assistant and ask them to help you deactivate it. It’s that simple.
Now whether you need a few uninterrupted hours to attend to that mounting to-do list, or you are planning to devote your evening to watching your favourite movie: our Do Not Disturb Feature is here to make it all disturbance free for you.
Did we hear someone say ‘Thank You’?
