Haptik is on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Sales leader to drive Haptik’s growth in the India market. The ideal candidate has deep relationships with Indian enterprises and has a demonstrable track record of delivering against revenue targets through their consultative sales skills.
You should be someone who cares deeply about clients and is a master of follow-throughs and sales closures. We expect this person to nurture all inbound leads and identify the right opportunities where Haptik’s advanced conversational AI solutions can be implemented. Your ability to find a solution and identify the right product fit that addresses the client’s problem will differentiate you from the rest.
This position reports into the SVP & Business Head and works closely with the CEO.
Evaluate sales opportunities and business case presentation for new and existing clients in India
Prepare & review quarterly and annual Account plans for Haptik’s business with assigned clients
Drive and manage a team of Sales professionals to help them deliver on targets and close business
Put Product / technical knowledge to commercial use and prepares estimates in accordance with sales and pricing policy
Drive high standards of customer service and satisfaction throughout all areas of the business
Demonstrate high account management standards to ensure customer satisfaction
Represent the company across industry events and conferences
Be a voice of the customer and stand up across all internal teams for what’s right for the customer
6-8 years experience in B2B Enterprise Software Sales or related field
Experience of selling advanced technology products is preferred
Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Engineering from a leading Tier 1 institute, MBA a plus
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
